Stacie has been a practicing occupational therapist since 2003. During her practice, she has seen the importance of wellness, fitness and disease prevention. Stacie has developed a love for Pilates because of the balance that it adds to her life. “Pilates is something that I believe everyone could benefit from taking on a regular basis,” she said. She is trained in Principled Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training as well as Aerialates. She believes that pilates is a great compliment to any fitness regimen, including CrossFit and rock climbing.
